Course One

little fried oysters biscuits house pickle, iceberg, red devil mayo

Course Two

cauliflower soup country ham jam, brussels sprouts leave, peppadews

beet, escarole and endive salad hot pickled strawberries, chevre, pistachio

lump crab frito pie butter poached lump crab, housemade fritos, smoked chile lobster cream, sweet corn, cilantro


Course Three

pan roasted red grouper posole mussels, squid, hominy, charred scallions, guajillo chile broth

surf. turf short rib and lobster pot roast

braised roots, beaten new potatoes, gingersnap sauce

sweet potato dumplings charred broccoli, shiitakes, jalapeno, orange butter


Dessert

dark chocolate tart chocolate sable crust, fresh raspberries, white chocolate raspberry ice cream
